Customers will receive updates every 48-72 hours on new service requests setup ands implementation and will receive monthly performance reports across all services from marketing systems, SEO and website performance. Customers can schedule a monthly call with The No Code Shop team to ensure all aspects from strategy to systems and software in use are aligned with their vision.
The inclusive subscription plans are designed to offer complete website growth, management and to help streamline business operations. We use an internal suite of no code technology to help us fulfil these services. Customers have access and complete transparency to all software and systems that are being used on services to do with their business.
Custom website and automation project: Custom projects which fall outsite any monthly subscription plan all require a personalized contract and project scope which fits the exact requirements of the specific project.
To discontinue the Service Plans provided by The No Code Shop, Customers can cancel their plan via their custom dashboard and Stripe customer portal billing and services will finish at the next billing cycle renewal date. Alternatively customers can contact our support team to notify of cancellation of, or change of plans.After cancellation at the end of the monthly billing cycle, all systems and services will be stopped. If any data or information related to the systems or services are required a 10 day notice period will be required so our team can organize any data to be exported and sent to the customer.
In the event that less than 10 days of notice or no notice is given their is no guarantee that any data will be kept after the cancellation of their subscription.
The No Code Shop currently require an initial consultation call with all customers prior starting work. When setting up systems customers are required to be available for 3 onboarding workshop calls with our team. These calls setup marketing & sales systems setup, Website setup and SEO setup.
this will not delay the ongoing project timeline or the subscription billing cycle.We encourage Customers to provide timely feedback on all systems setup, Website functionality and SEO work. If feedback is not given from the customer within 5 business days the work setup will be deemed accepted. Changes and feedback are welcome at any point during membership but will not impact or delay overall project progress and billing cycles.
Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription with The No Code Shop; no notice is required to be given within the billing cycle unless it is within the first 30 days of starting a subscription plan and a refund is required in which a minimum of 3 business days is required prior to the end of the current billing cycle. This notice period is crucial as resources, team members time, are allocated based on anticipated project continuation. Therefore, once the first 30 day money back window has ended The No Code Shop does not offer refunds once these resources, time and systems have been assigned and work has commenced.
For quarterly plans there is a 30 day money back guarantee from sign up on your plan, following period customers that there are no refunds on services following until the commencement of the 3 month period.
Customers of The No Code Shop pay in advance for each month of service. Consequently, ownership of all work and data created specifically for the Customer during a given billing cycle is transferred to the Customer immediately upon commencement of that cycle's service. This includes, but is not limited to, brand assets, website designs, sales leads and business data created as part of the service agreement.If a membership subscription is cancelled The No Code Shop does not guarantee any systems setup or marketing data not already transferred will be kept for any extended period of time.
Customers shall use the services provided by The No Code Shop solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the intended use of these services. Specifically, the creative content and materials produced by The No Code Shop are to be used by the Customer in a manner that aligns with the agreed-upon project scope and is consistent with the terms of the service plan selected. Customers are prohibited from:
Reselling, redistributing, or otherwise exploiting the services or content created by The No Code Shop for unauthorized commercial purposes.Using the services or content created in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution.
Engaging in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates the rights of any third party.The use of The No Code Shop services should be in a manner that respects the integrity of the creative process and adheres to the legal and ethical standards of content creation and usage.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback related to the services provided by The No Code Shop ("Feedback") must be communicated through designated platforms, specifically Loom, Slack, Google chat or Email. This ensures that Feedback is properly recorded and addressed. The No Code Shop shall retain ownership of all Feedback and is under no obligation to keep it confidential.
Note: Any business related data such as sales/ revenue data, CRM information will be kept confidential and not made available.

We ask for 3 business days notice to initiate the returns process After this 30 day period has expired if a plan if continued there is a strict no-refund policy on all payments made for services. There may be occasions where service interruptions occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as team member unavailability, technical difficulties, or external factors impacting our ability to deliver services.In the event of such interruptions, The No Code Shop shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the Customer’s inability to receive the services during these periods. We are committed to minimizing any disruptions and will endeavor to notify Customers of any significant interruptions and resume services as promptly as possible.
The No Code Shop, its directors, employees, members, contractors, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or other damages or losses, arising from Customer’s use of the Services. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The No Code Shop from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand due to Customer’s use of the Services.
The Customer is responsible for providing all necessary data and materials required for The No Code Shop to perform its services. This includes, but is not limited to, specific sales and marketing data, content, images, or any other information relevant to the completion of the services.
While The No Code Shop takes reasonable measures to safeguard the data provided by the Customer during the service process, it shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or compromise of such data. Customers are advised to maintain backups and copies of all materials provided to The No Code Shop. In the event of any loss or corruption of data, The No Code Shop will endeavor to assist in the recovery process to the best of its ability, but it cannot guarantee the restoration of lost or corrupted data.
Customer consents to receive electronic communications from The No Code Shop and agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications sent electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
The No Code Shop reserves the right to showcase design work or growth related statistics such as review or search ranking growth on digital channels unless otherwise agreed upon through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations of both parties, save for those explicitly stated as surviving the termination (such as payment obligations for services already rendered, confidentiality, and ownership of materials), will cease. The No Code Shop will take reasonable steps to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to the Customer's ongoing projects.
