Step 1: Upload your Data

• Head over to ChatGPT and make sure that ChatGPT 4 is selected. Older models will not provide ideal results

• Click the paperclip icon to the left of the text box. This allows you to upload files directly to ChatGPT

• Locate any Excel file you would like analyzed, hit enter (or Send Message) and upload the the file.

Step 2: Write your Prompt to begin Analysis

At this point, you can ask ChatGPT any question you wish about the data.

• Once the prompt is completed, ChatGPT will analyze and generate a graph representing your data
  • If needed, you can save the generated graph as an image

In this example, we uploaded our website traffic from this month, and asked ChatGPT the following prompt:

Depict the trends and figures in this data. What kind blogs content perform best on my Twitter account? What are the best days to post?

Again, feel free to upload any data of your choice. Analyze marketing campaigns, eCommerce sales, stock keeping information or any other important data related to your business.

Step 3: Export Your Data

• Enter the following prompt:

Copy Prompt and add your preferred file type.

'Export this into a downloadable _________ file"

• ChatGPT will process and consolidate your data into the file type you have asked for, which also includes the derived chart.
• It will provide you with a downloadable link containing your data and its visual representation.

Step 4: Personalize and Use Your Analysis

• Simply click on the link provided by ChatGPT.
• Your file will download and open, ready to be examined, edited, and personalized according to your preferences.
